Leigh and Peter are a husband-and-wife team and started working together in 2017 when they established Cormack Wealth.

Originally, Leigh started in the business working on client onboarding and servicing and was PA to Peter. As the business has grown and evolved Leigh has moved into an Operations role which includes looking after our HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, Training and Compliance.

Leigh has 20+ years’ experience in Financial Services which began when she left school and started her first job in Scottish Widows, followed by many years at Aegon. She had a change in career for six years, prior to Cormack Wealth, as a virtual PA and Operations Manager for a successful coaching business which specialises in the Recruitment sector.

Leigh is also on the Board of Trustees for a Charity which works with children aged 3 to 14 years in a child-centred therapeutic resource centre and within schools in the Lothians.

Coming from a large extended family, outside of work, Leigh loves nothing more than spending time with her and Peter’s three children and parents. In another life Leigh would have been a travel agent as holiday planning and finding bargain flights is one of her favourite things to do. She also has an interest in fashion and interiors, enjoys going to Pilates and fitness classes, and socialising with friends.
